Trends in furniture for 2016

As an event furniture rentals company, we are faced with many questions about what furniture trends are in, this season. To update you, Catertainment has prepared the trends we have seen, and will continue seeing into the new year.  

Colours

With regards to colours, one of the biggest colours we have seen throughout the year has been Gold. This colour has been seen on throws, cushions, picture frames and more significantly larger pieces of furniture like sofas and chairs. Other metallic colours such as silver have also been popular and a mix of these colours has also proved to be a stunning look. Throughout 2016 we can expect to see more of these colours.

Gold also looks fabulous when it is mixed with lighter colours such as white or pastels.
